Request For Proposal
Notice is hereby given that Vecinos Inc. is seeking proposals for Information Technology Services and
Equipment to be design and installed as part of a renovation and alteration project located at 19 Smoky
Mountain Drive, Franklin, NC 28734. The building is approximately 16,354 gross square feet, and our goal
is to convert the existing building from a flex office space to a multi-tenant community health facility that
will offer services such as Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Dental, Behavioral
Health, and other services targeted to the Latinx and farmworker community.
The new space will be called “SECU Vecinos Community Health Hub” and operated through partnerships
with other organizations such as Blueridge Free Dental Clinic, The 30th Judicial District Domestic Violence
and Sexual-Assault Alliance, Mountain Projects, and other healthcare partners in Macon County.
The project is being funded by USDA and various other state and local agencies.
All proposals will be evaluated based on:
Project Approach 10 points
Qualifications and Personnel 25 points
Proposed Project Price 50 points
Overall Completeness and Professionalism 15 points
Total: 100 points
All bids are to be delivered to the owner via the contact person email listed below. The bids are due on Sept 18,
2024 at 2:00 pm. Any proposals received after the deadline will be rejected.
