The Behavioral Health Provider I is an Associate-level provider who works under direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, providing behavioral health therapy to patients and collaborating to support all mental health and social services within the organization.

The Community Health Worker III is a clinical Community Health Worker (CHW) with a focus on case management that enhances the quality of patients’ lives, including patient navigation, promotion of cost effectiveness, and chronic disease management. The CHW III has advanced training in health education and community health worker certification with a focus on, and advanced knowledge of, Latino identity, language, and cultural expectations of healthcare systems.

The Mobile Clinic Driver assists with preparing the mobile clinics for mobile clinic site visits at migrant farmworker camps across Western North Carolina (WNC). The Driver transports the mobile clinics and helps set up the mobile clinics at the migrant camps for clinical site visits, troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed. The Driver may transport fellow staff members in the mobile clinics, as well. The mobile clinic typically operates site visits twice weekly.
