Our Mission and Our Vision

The Health & Wellness Hub in Franklin will be a central location for our patients to be secure and well. With our partners, we will provide medical, dental, mental health, nutrition, and other services that our community needs to grow.

Join our Growing List of Supporters!

Help us achieve this vision! The Hub will bring necessary services under one roof to break the barriers to access to health and wellness in the western-most counties of NC. We join with our partners to serve an expanded patient and client base for primary care, mental health, dental, legal, and bilingual services. Click the Donate button below.

Growing Seeds For Health

Community Health Hub

Estimated Opening Spring 2025

The Community Health Hub will be the physical co-location of long-allied regional organizations who serve low-income, uninsured adults with services offered in English and Spanish. Vecinos is the anchor organization and will own and operate the building. The Hub will be centrally located at 19 Smoky Mountain Drive, Franklin, NC 28734, where community members can safely seek a variety of services and resources from bilingual staff who highly value cultural humility, integrated care, and respect for the patient. Staff will be cross trained in all organizations’ services to provide a streamlined user experience. Joint Steering Committee Organizations: Leaders of these organizations have committed to steer the creation and implementation of the Community Health Hub and co-locate upon the building’s opening.
