Providing Culturally-Appropriate Health and Wellness Services for the uninsured, low-income, and farmworker communities.

At Vecinos, we believe healthcare is a basic human right. That’s why, since 2004, we’ve provided direct healthcare services to underserved communities in the Western North Carolina region. Our team of volunteers and advocates restores the health and dignity of our community members with quality, culturally sensitive, person-centered healthcare services.

How to Qualify

  1. 1. Family Household is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
  2. 2. The patient has no health insurance, is under-insured, or has no reasonable access to healthcare.
  3. 3. Must be 18 years old.

Programs & Services

Vecinos offers bilingual, integrated primary and mental health care and wellness programs, through outpatient clinics and mobile medical clinics.
